Hi Everyone this is my first blog. I want to share  challenges and my successes of working out and about my life changing experiences. First, I have alway been stocky or overweight as long as I can remember. I would go to the gym in short spurts, but would never last. I loved eating what I wanted when I wanted and was the same way with any drinks. As of January 1, 2012 I wanted and needed to make a change and I DID!!!!!! I started P90X and started eating better and only drank water and skim milk (with every once in a while StarBucks YUMMY LOL). I really want to thank Tony Horton for making working out fun, even when doing it by myself. I also want to thank my family and friends for being there for me. First I did P90X classic and went from 240lbs to 205lbs. Then my second round (which I am still in) I am doing doubles and decided to become a vegetarian to get even healthier. I am now 71 days into my second round and I am down to 188lbs. Feeling great. I also started going to yoga classes and running. Well this is just a start and in my next couple posts I am going to start talking about what happened during my workouts from the beginning and how much I have changed in every way.
